Responsible for management, strategy, economics and finance. Michael Stadi has many years of professional expe-rience in the financial sector in Copen-hagen, London & Stock-holm, as well as the energy industry. Michael Stadi is bank qualified. HD(F) and E*MBA from SIMI.

Responsible for production, quality and IT. Heinz Pakalski has a background within software development and client servicing in the IT industry. Additionally, Heniz Pakalski has many years of expe-rience within hotel management.

Responsible for project execution and in-stallation. Carsten Nørgaard was an in-stallation contractor before his employ-ment by Gaia Solar. Carsten is one of the most experienced people in Scandinavia within the area of PV installation. Carsten is a trained electrical fitter.
